We work with Printful to fulfill your orders with quality and care. Because every item is made to order, we follow their refund & replacement guidelines to ensure fairness and clarity.

✅ If there’s a problem with your order:

If you receive a product that’s misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund — no hassle.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A photo of the item and the issue

• ❌ What Printful Does NOT Cover:

  Printful doesn’t offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Buyer’s remorse (changed your mind)

  • Wrong size ordered (please use our size charts)

  • Orders lost due to incorrect address entered during checkout

  Note: If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to claim, you’ll be responsible for reshipping costs.
